At Flexmail, a contact is basically the same as an email address. You pay your subscription on the basis of the number of email addresses loaded into your database. Our price policy is even more specific – here we only take active contacts into consideration. To avoid any misunderstanding, it should be noted that unsubscribed and deleted contacts are not included.

With the Flexmail subscriptions you can benefit from unlimited sending. We calculate the prices only on the basis of the number of active contacts in your account. There is no limit to the number of emails you’re allowed to send per month.

Upgrading is possible at any moment during your invoicing period. The remaining amount will then be settled. Your new subscription term commences on the day of your upgrade.

With a subscription you have the guarantee of a fixed budget and no additional unexpected or hidden costs. In this way, you prevent any unpleasant surprises when you have to send extra mails or when all of a sudden your automatic follow-up becomes more popular.

You can cancel your subscription at any moment. As a result, your subscription will not be renewed automatically at the end of the period. Your active period has already been paid, so you can continue to use your account until the last day. In other words, you can always terminate your subscription until the last day of your last invoicing period.

Whatever payment method you choose, you will have immediate access to the platform. If you opt for payment by Mastercard, you can send immediately. If you opt for payment by bank transfer, you can start sending as soon as we have received your payment.

No, a sudden increase in your mail frequency will not suddenly lead to higher costs. We only look at the number of active contacts in your account. The various tiers are provided on the price page of our website or in the order overview in your account.

Of course that’s possible. Using our free trial account, you can test the platform for 30 days, taking our various features for a spin and sending 200 mails, free of charge. If you would rather do a bigger test, please contact us so that we can look at the possibilities together.

You may encounter the sending limit of your chosen subscription. For example, you might experience unexpectedly high traffic on your website or have underestimated your usage cautiously.
Due to the critical nature of these types of emails, we will never block the sending of your emails. We charge in blocks of 1,000 emails each. At the end of the month, your extra usage will be calculated and added to your invoice for the following month.

You can upgrade to a higher plan or tier at any time. When upgrading to a higher plan, you are immediately placed in the new plan. An upgrade results in a new invoice with a new renewal date. There will be no proration. If you upgrade and have not sent a portion of your outstanding balance, you lose the remaining amount.
A downgrade is always scheduled for the end of your current billing period and takes effect at the next renewal.

In your Flexmail account, you can convert your free trial into a monthly subscription by placing your first order and completing the payment. Your subscription will automatically renew every month. If you're unable to place your order yourself, you can always contact us at sales@flexmail.be.

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal. Any outstanding charges will be prorated at the time of cancellation. A cancellation can only occur if you have a reconciled balance. Cancellation is not scheduled and takes immediate effect.

No. From your Flexmail trial account, you can try both our email marketing and transactional services. From there, you choose whether you want to take a marketing subscription, a transactional subscription, or both.

Yes, the day of your order becomes both the start and renewal date of your subscription. You can start emailing right away.

You choose your email sending limit based on the number of emails you plan for us to send on your behalf each month. If your volume varies, that's fine. You can consume additional emails beyond your plan or modify your plan from one month to the next.
Because transactional emails are so vital, we can't simply turn off sending once you hit your plan limit. Instead, we start counting all additional emails you send after hitting your limit and bill these at the end of the billing month. We refer to these overages as 'bursts.' You pay for each started block of 1,000 emails. The costs of each burst vary depending on your chosen tier. Approximately halfway between tiers, it becomes more cost-effective to upgrade to a higher tier.

You can do that. As soon as you activate your transactional trial in a Flexmail account, you can test for 30 days and send 1,000 emails for free.

At this moment, we do not offer annual plans.

Yes, we can offer dedicated IP addresses. There are, however, some pros and cons to consider when choosing to mail with dedicated IP addresses. Contact us at support@flexmail.be for more information.

No, this refers to the maximum number of emails you can send within your fixed cost per month. In your next billing month, we reset that counter to zero. However, if you go beyond that limit, we charge you an additional cost per started package of 1,000 emails.
